The R's first team squad returned to pre-season training today (Tuesday), as the hard work begins in earnest ahead of the 2007/08 Coca Cola Championship campaign.
Manager John Gregory, flanked by his backroom staff, put the players through their paces at the Club's Harlington Training Ground this morning.
Sports Performance Manager Joe Dunbar, assisted by members of the R's backroom team, was on hand to test the players' physical fitness levels, ahead of the real work beginning next Wednesday... QPR

QPR Announce Another Friendly - SHREWS DATE
QPR will play Shrewsbury Town in a pre-season friendly on Tuesday 31st July 2007.
The League Two outfit, who lost out in the Play-Off Final to Bristol Rovers last season, are currently in the process of moving from Gay Meadow to the New Stadium and Rangers will provide the opposition for one of their maiden outings at their new home. The match will kick-off at 7.45pm. QPR
