Mail - Simon Jones - 'I'll sue if manager Jim Magilton is not sacked': Akos Buzsaky issues ultimatum to QPR board
- Akos Buzsaky will press assault charges against Jim Magilton if QPR's investigation into the bust-up between the two fails to find the manager guilty.
- Magilton has been suspended after being accused of butting midfielder Buzsaky, as exclusively revealed by Sportsmail.
- The 40-year-old manager has denied any wrongdoing but a meeting between senior players and QPR officials on Wednesday night provided overwhelming support for Buzsaky's side of events.
- QPR want to be fair to both sides and a formal decision on Magilton's future is expected before Monday night's game at West Bromwich. Buzsaky's legal team are happy for the internal investigation to continue but a spokesman for the player said:
- 'We are content that QPR are doing things the right way and are happy for them to pursue their investigation, but we will pursue legal action if they fail to find in favour of Akos.'
- Steve Gallen and Marc Bircham are in caretaker charge for the West Bromwich game. Speaking about the turmoil, Gallen said:
'A few of them who have been at the club for a few years have seen this a couple of times - a couple too many times. It's happened, we don't like it, but we'll move on and do our best.' Mail

Mirror - Ian Holloway tells Flavio Briatore to stop messing with QPR
- IAN Holloway has blasted QPR owner Flavio Briatore and told him to stop ruining the club.
- The Blackpool boss spent five years as QPR manger and believes the Italian owner is slowly ruining the Loftus Road set-up after seeing Jim Magilton suspended this week over a bust-up with midfielder Akos Buzsaky.
- And Ollie has urged Briatore to stop meddling before the West Londoners' situation gets any worse.
- He said: "Mr Briatore: keep your nose out of things. They were doing fine when it looked like you weren't going to be in control.
- "I suggest you're a complete nightmare from a manager's point of view and a player's point of view.
- "The more flamboyant and the more involved your chairman is the more the nightmare your football club is in.
- "And if that stops me ever getting another job after I lose this one, I don't really care."
- Briatore was forced to retire as boss of Renault’s Formula One team amid race fixing allegations earlier this season but the Italian came through the Football League's 'fit and proper person' test to be able to carry on in charge at QPR.
- But Holloway insists Briatore will ruin Rangers and believes clubs should look at the way Blackpool chairman Karl Oyston runs the Seasiders.
- He said: "He does a great job and when heís there, you have to do what he says.
- "There's no messing and all our players know it - so it's about time other people looked at us and did it our way.
- "QPR midfielder Akos Buzsaky was reportedly involved in a fight with manager Magilton after Monday nights 3-1 loss at Watford. And Holloway has criticised the Hungarian star's actions - which has resulted in the Rangers manager being suspended.
- He said: "There is passion in the game and you have to show that at times but it can get blown out of all proportion.
- "I would have like to have witnessed what happened, but for me Akos shouldn't have said anything.
- "He should have dealt with his manager in-house not going outside and telling press people and the chairman.
- "I'm sick of players and their agents and their pampering. You're here to play football and try and win. If you don't you're not doing your job. It's as simple as that." Mirror
