Helguson Returns to QPR Virgin - Iceland star out for Hornets - Watford will be without striker Heidar Helguson for their FA Cup third-round tie with Chelsea.
- The forward has returned to parent club QPR and although the Hornets are hoping to bring the former Fulham man back to Vicarage Road, they are likely to have to wait until next week to complete the deal."Virgin

- R's midfielder Hogan Ephraim has returned to W12 following the completion of his loan spell with League One high-fliers Leeds United.
The former West Ham United ace made two starts and two substitute appearances during his time with the Whites, scoring a solitary goal in the process.
Ephraim could be in line to return to the R's squad for Sunday's FA Cup third round tie against Sheffield United at Bramall Lane. QPR

Iceland striker Helguson, 32, is on loan from QPR at Watford. Beckford, 26, is out of contract at the end of the season but Leeds are determined to keep him. Mail

- Ex-QPR Adam Bolder on Derby and QPR
- MILLWALL'S former Derby County midfielder Adam Bolder has revealed his regret at leaving the Rams.
Bolder left Pride Park in January 2007 to join Queens Park Rangers for an undisclosed fee.
"Derby was a big part of my career," said Bolder, who made 181 appearances for the Rams, scoring 11 goals.
"I spent seven and a bit years there and it was a big decision to leave.
"Sometimes, looking back, I wish I had stayed.
"At the time, I had 18 months left on my contract and Billy Davies wanted me to stay but I wasn't playing regularly and I needed to be playing.
"Then the chance came up to go to QPR and work with John Gregory again, which was a good opportunity for me.
"I enjoyed my time there but part of me wishes I hadn't left Derby..." Derby Telegraph


QPR Official Site - WATSON RETURNS TO LATICS - Ben Watson has rejoined Wigan Athletic following the completion of his loan spell with QPR. The 24 year-old midfielder played 16 times for the R's, scoring two goals.
